It's Cold

Well, apparently it was so cold this weekend that everyone in the state was advised not to go outside...at all. Sheesh.

My husband and I would like to move somewhere a little more temperate. California? Utah? NC? Ohio? MA? Vancouver? Any ideas, gentle readers? Please help!
