Oak Hill Park in St. Louis Park has this great water park for little ones called The Splash Pad.
It features bubblers...
little waterfalls...
and toys that your little one can carry around with him wherever he goes...like the milk jug that never left his hand.
It is a GREAT (and free!) time.
