Father's Day Redux.


This is what we ate:

  1. Slow Cooker Moroccan Brisket with Red Onions and Apricot Couscous
  2. Chocolate Chip Cookie-Topped Brownies from Eggs on Sunday

Enough said.

Those brownies look so good! How did you like them?

They were really rich and decadent. I liked to separate the layers, to tell you the truth, otherwise, I lost the chocolate chip cookie in all of the brownie-ness.
