Whew. I just finished scanning and printing out our Sweet Bean's taxes. Let me tell you, the Partnership Tax Form (1065) is no picnic. In the instructions, the IRS says it will take at least 100 hours to complete the necessary forms...I kid you not. Fortunately, my father-in-law is an accountant, and he helped us out (after I tried to do it like 10 times). If you are a partnership...get help!!!!

THANK YOU for this post - it was just the kick in the butt I needed. You totally motivated me to figure out my taxes (it's a bit easier for me since I'm a sole proprietor...). Now, 2 hrs. later (Moses is taking a long nap) I feel MUCH better about life (and I only had to do a 1040 schedule C.). Thanks! :)

ohmydeargoodness, I haven't even started my taxes. I have barely an idea of how to file with a w-2 and section c. eeeeeeeek. it makes me slightly nauseous thinking about it.
